About Us
Hi, I'm Krista, the photographer behind Twisted Heart Productions. I grew up with 4 sisters and 1 brother and I have always loved documenting EVERYTHING I possibly can with photos. I married Justin in 2007 after meeting at Silver Maple Camp in 2001 and reconnecting at Oklahoma Christian in 2003. We have 2 beautiful daughters, Kate and Jordyn. In my free time, I can be found at our dance studio, Tenacity Dance Company; usually rhinestoning costumes or at the front desk. Aside from being with my family, there is nothing I love more than capturing moments for you all. Thank you for your support as we bring Twisted Heart Productions to life!
Justin here. I grew up with my dad videotaping nearly everything I did. I have definitely followed in his footsteps and enjoy photography and videography of all types: including conferences, dance recitals, and sports photography. When I am not behind the camera, I'm responsible for the lighting and all the dad jokes during your session.
Twisted Heart Productions - Why the Name?
Twisted - Many of you know that my younger daughter, Jordyn, has scoliosis, this represents her daily battle with back pain and wearing her brace. Heart - for my brother, Joshua, taken way too soon. He had a heart transplant just after his 18th birthday due to dilated cardiomyopathy. This also represents my older daughter, Kate, who carries a gene that could lead to the disease that caused Joshua's need for a heart transplant. Productions - because we offer more than just traditional photography sessions; including videography, sports photography, active dance photo shoots, indoor and outdoor headshots and more.
